Yellow gold or white gold for mom?

Both metals in our catalog are 14k, which means 14 parts gold out of 24; federal guidance requires that karat figure to appear right before the word "gold" whenever the metal is an alloy (16 CFR 23.3). Is a lab-grown diamond a good gift?

What if it is not quite right?
Our refund policy says items "may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation," and we "offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value" (refund policy). Keep the packaging until she has opened it.
